Postage to UK mainland

Air Outdoors will use Royal mail to process your order for UK mainland. All orders are shipped free of charge.

Returns Procedures

1.Can you please put in copy of originally invoice and write short explanation of fault.
2.Take your parcel with Returns Form enclosed to your nearest Post Office.
3.Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning).
4.Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
5.Once the goods have arrived at Air Outdoors and checked. Air Outdoors will then refund the amount to your account that the purchase was made from.
