Air Outdoors Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your goods purchased, then return them to us in a new and unused condition within 28 days of receiving them and we will refund you the original cost of the goods in full. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Postage to UK mainland
Air Outdoors will use Royal mail to process your order for UK mainland. Orders Over £50.00 will be FREE. Orders equal to or under £50.00, will incur a £5 postal charge, unless otherwise stated on individual items

Returns Procedures
1.Can you please put in copy of originally invoice and write short explanation of fault.
2.Take your parcel with Returns Form enclosed to your nearest Post Office.
3.Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning).
4.Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
5.Once the goods have arrived at Air Outdoors and checked. Air Outdoors will then refund the amount to your account that the purchase was made from.

General Terms & Conditions
1. The materials made available on the Web site are directed solely at consumers who access the Web site from the United Kingdom. Air Outdoors makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on the Web site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations.
